FREE Concert Series in Downtown Orlando

For nearly a decade WMMO has rocked downtown Orlando’s Church Street Market during the months of February and September. Drawing in more than 5000 music lovers. This month's artists are Survivor on February 14th, Night Ranger on the 21st and Colin Hay of Men at Work on the 28th.

The Wells’ Built Museum, which features more than 6,000 square feet of space dedicated to African-American history, is happy to announce its annual Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Lake Eola Park in Orlando, Florida. This full day celebration will be filled with family fun, food, entertainment and the opportunity for free family health screenings. Come celebrate with us and enjoy a fun-filled day of entertainment, featuring jazz, rhythm and blues, gospel and dance. The festival will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end with the melodies of “Midnight Star and Brick” who will appear from 8:00p.m. until 10:00p.m.
