Free Admission on Museum Day, September 27, 2008

Thanks to the Smithsonian, 651 museums throughout the United States will be participating in this year's Museum Day by offering free admission to participating museums on September 27, 2008.

In order to get free admission, bring in the Museum Day Admission Card found in the current Smithsonian magazine or print one off from their website where you can also check participating museums by state.

Orlando area museums offering free admission on Museum Day are:

• Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens in Winter Park
• Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales
• Maitland Historical Museum and Telephone Museum in Maitland
• Museum of Florida Art in Deland
• Orange County Regional History Center in Orlando
• Orlando Science Center in Orlando
• Waterhouse Residence Museum in Maitland
