Free Back-to-School Immunizations

Get your child immunized early to avoid the back-to-school rush.

Get your children their required immunizations July 6 through August 8, 2009 at the Central Florida Learning Community Center located at 1200 W. Colonial Drive in Orlando (407-836-2517). The Center will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30am till 3:00 pm. Two Saturday's are also scheduled for free immunizations, July 11 and August 8, 2009.

The free immunizations will be available for children aged 2 months to 18 years old. Plan to arrive early as this is a first come, first served walk-in service. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If not, a notarized permission form must be presented. Parent or legal guardian ID and copy of the child's shot record is required.
