A fabulous book from three Orlando authors takes you on a culinary journey throughout Florida.  At a time when local food is gaining popularity for its freshness and quality, Field to Feast recognizes the pride that Florida growers share and their commitment to the quality foods they produce.

Over 300 beautifully illustrated pages document the travels of Pam Brandon, Katie Farmand and Heather McPherson throughout the state as they discovered 'real food and the craftspeople behind it.'

Many of the recipes are from some of Florida's top chefs - those looking for the freshest ingredients.  Enjoy recipes from Chef Scott Hunnel from Victoria & Albert's and Chefs James and Julie Petrakis from The Ravenous Pig in Winter Park.  Many family favorites are shared by some of the local farmers.
