After 13 wonderful years as the Orlando Cities & Towns Guide for About.com, I have decided to pursue my own writing and Internet goals. As of February 1, 2013, I will no longer be writing for About.com.
I want to say a big "Thank You!" to all my many friends at About.com, and my terrific readers/contributors for your great support over the years!

You have done a great job in helping us find the neato hideaway places, great foods, things to do and to help us stay connected to our own little communities. You helped us find the places “not to miss” before they are gone.
All too often we don’t say thank you until you are gone, so for all the times you helped me find fun things to do and forgot to say thank you, I am doing it now. Great job, it was fun reading your “discoveries”.
