The Central Florida Parade of Homes is held every spring, usually in April. The 2011 dates are April 2 through April 10, 2011.
What Counties are
included in the Orlando Parade of Homes?
New and remodeled homes from Orange, Seminole and Osceola Counties are featured
in the annual Orlando Parade of Homes event that showcases some of the best home
designs that area builders have to offer.
Looking for a no-strings-attached way to preview some of the most glamorous homes that Orlando has to offer? Then the Home Builder's Association of Metro Orlando's annual Parade of Homes is for you. During this event, everyone is welcome to visit the new home communities listed in the Parade of Homes magazine without registering and realtor inquiries. At this time you are free to collect information on homes and preview the models at your leisure without having to show your credit references first.
Exclusive communities open their doors to browsers, dreamers and the occasional buyer. This is your opportunity to step into some of the new custom estate homes that are located within the gated neighborhoods of Central Florida. Security guards throughout these communities will make sure that the Parade traffic does not venture into non-model areas. Often a bus service is provided from designated parking areas to the models.
In addition to the multi-million dollar estates, the Parade also profiles many new communities that are more affordable.
For those that like to collect free ideas from local decorators, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your sketch pad and pencil to jot down some unique decorating ideas. Keep in mind that photography is generally not permitted. It is not specified in the Parade magazine which models are decorated, as builders want all their homes seen by as many potential buyers as possible.
Most new home communities will continue to have their model homes available for viewing until the subdivision has sold out.
