Journey to Atlantis

Journey to Atlantis, at SeaWorld, Orlando

The Atlantis water coaster though tame compared to Kraken, still has plenty of thrills and surprises with it's high speed turns and bends culminating into a 60 foot watery drop.

This edge-of-your-seat water-coaster is part water ride, part roller coaster. Riders encounter the Sirens, Atlantis’ mythical spirits who fight to keep the city their own causing spine-tingling thrills, including two of the steepest, wettest, fastest drops to be found at any theme park in the world.

Be prepared to get wet! Each car holds 8 guests (two per row, four rows). The first and fourth rows will sustain the most water damage.

Before attempting this ride:

  • Make sure that your camera is protected.
  • Shoes will get very wet, especially in the front row. (You'll be able to ring the water out of your sox!)
  • Arrive early - lines start to get long around noon.
  • There is a 42" height restriction
