No longer just an extension of the factory, today's Outlet Malls sell everything from company seconds and rejects to discontinued merchandise. You can not make the assumption that Outlet Mall merchandise is always a bargain, today's outlet shops need to be checked out carefully by the keen eye of the consumer. You need to know your prices and brands before you head to the malls on International Drive looking for a great deal.
Located just off of I-4 at the Kirkman exit, turn left onto International Drive. Just about everything that you need can be found at one of the outlet shopping areas around International Drive (I-Drive). Books music, perfume, toys, kitchenware, clothes, shoes and electronics, jewelry, and china are plentiful.
Before you start your shopping expedition, stop by the Outlet Mall II and pick up a free coupon book that is located at its main entrance. Briefly scan the booklet for the stores that you will be shopping, looking for discount coupons to use. A good one to pull is $10 off a $75 or more purchase from the Reebok store. Occasionally you will even find a 10% coupon to use at any Sports Authority in the Central Florida area that you may want to keep for future use.
BEWARE - Sometimes you will come across a store with the same name from a store in your local mall, if you make a purchase there, be sure to ask about their return policy. Often times you will not be able to return the item at your local mall, since outlet shops carry different merchandise and run different specials.
