As you leave Annex 4, you can cut across to the Belz Outlet Mall II. Since this in a 'U' shape, your best bet is to park near the center and walk to either of the side entrances. If you enter to the left, you will find one of the best priced shops in all of the outlets. Burlington Brands is a conglomeration of overstocks from some of the major mail-order businesses. It's hard to tell what company the items come from, since labels are normally removed, but by looking at pants buttons or by asking a sales clerk, you can usually determine if the item came from Lands End, LL Bean, Cross Creek, High Sierra or one of the many other brands that they carry. T-shirts can be found for as low as $3.99 and pants and jeans from $6.99.

Some of the shops in this mall are unique, and offer good prices for hard to find items. A carousel and food court in the center of the mall will entertain the kids while you shop.

  • Burlington Brands - name brand clothing at drastically reduced prices.
  • Character Warehouse - Everything Disney, discontinued and overstocks of what you would find at the theme parks.
  • Vans - shoes and young men's clothing
  • Pacific Sunwear - offers great sales, but these items can not be exchanged at your local store.
  • Oneida - looking for replacement pieces or a nice gift idea?
  • Bon Worth - discount clothing store for woman, with sizes from petite to XXL.
  • Umbro - soccer apparel and equipment.
  • Oshkosh B'Gosh - discounted children's clothing line.
