A totally MISERABLE dining experience. Waited 45 minutes for a table (over 60% of the tables were EMPTY). After we were finally seated, they moved us because we needed a high chair. Then, a large party came in and they moved us AGAIN. My husband's steak had to be returned...mine was simply HORRIBLE. We ordered the SAME 10 oz. ribeye...his was 1+ inch think and looked fine (except wasn't cooked enough)...mine was less than 1/4 inch thick and had a texture somewhere between shoe leather and crunchy. (Yes, I ordered it well done but have NEVER had one cooked that badly.) Never got drink refills...service was VERY slow because all of the waiters were standing around the bar talking to each other. After requesting a check we had to wait over 25 minutes to get it while our waiting did "other stuff." Then, we saw the MANDATORY 15% gratuity added to our bill. We were two adults and two children under 4.

In short, DON'T EAT HERE. The service is surly, the food is crummy...and they know it or they wouldn't pad your bill with a mandatory tip. They know how bad it is and no one in their right mind would tip those lousy, lazy waiters.

Good food and service...but annoyed by the mandatory 15% tip for a party of 4 (1 adult, 3 kids). Made the bill look way too large. Also could be a little more kid friendly. No crayons? Come on!!!
