Guide Review
•  La Nouba, Cirque du Soleil
The soundtrack to the incredible Cirque du Soleil adventure La Nouba, is a collection of musical thoughts and up-beat rhythms.  New-age music with style all of its own, combining hip-hop, classical and rap. Reve rouge with its soothing melodies is as relaxing as a lullaby, while others such as the title track, La Nouba bring in the familiarity of the circus.  Each track is unique, a new expression of the artist, a depiction of 'The Party' that is La Nouba

The show, which opened in December of 1998 has thrilled all who enter the feigned white circus tent with its gravity defying acrobatics and amazing music.  In addition to the sounds generated from the guitars, keyboards, accordion, saxophone, drums, bass and the violin, a male and female vocalist lend their rich voices to music.
