The 5 acre park includes Lake Lily with a cascading fountain, surrounding common with picturesque trails, boardwalk over the water, shaded picnic tables, wedding gazebo, historical museum and children’s playground. The Gazebo & Overlook at Lake Lily Park may be rented for weddings and other events. Lake Lily Park is open from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm daily. A permit must be acquired for all events at this facility.
The Garden Club Cottage overlooking Lake Lily may also be rented from The Maitland Historical Society. For more information on renting the Garden Club Cottage, please contact the Maitland Historical Society at 407.539.2181 ext 253.
2. Quinn Strong Park

Quinn Strong Park includes shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, serene picnic areas, a pavilion and the Maitland Senior Center. The Gazebo/Pavillion and surrounding grounds at Quinn Strong Park may be rented for weddings and other events. Ample parking is available in two adjacent lots. Quinn Strong Park is open from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm daily. A permit must be acquired for all events at this facility.
3. Maitland Senior Center

The Maitland Senior Center, located at Quinn Strong Park, is available for rent after 5 pm during the week and all day on the weekends. The Maitland Senior Center is the perfect location for bridal showers, baby showers, wedding receptions, luncheons, birthday parties, classes, and small meetings. The facility includes a ballroom, a small meeting room, full kitchen, wi-fi and restrooms. Ample parking is available in two adjacent lots. Up to 80 seated guests can be accommodated in the ballroom. Ballroom amenities include an LCD projector, LCD tv, blu-ray/dvd player, full sound system, ice machine, & sink. Tables & Chairs are included in the rental fee.
