Located at Universal Studios Orlando in the CityWalk entertainment complex, Hard Rock Live and Hard Rock Cafe Orlando are major attractions for both locals and tourists. Both are housed in an easy to spot 140,000 square-foot building that is reminiscent of the Roman Coliseum.
Since its Grand Opening in 1999, featuring Elton John, the 3,000 capacity the Hard Rock Live concert venue has continued to showcase music from national acts to emerging artists. Specifically designed as a concert hall, this facility has the edge over many other venues by combining the latest in sound and lighting technology.
Hard Rock Live's sister facility, Hard Rock Cafe, in the same building is a good place to grab a pre or post concert bite to eat. Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is the largest HRC in the world and displays more pieces of rock 'n' roll memorabilia than any other location.
