Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, an award winning, Orlando area favorite has two locations; trendy Winter Park near the Winter Park Village and on the popular Sand Lake Road dining district.
Fleming's, part of the chain consisting of Roy's, Bonefish Grill, Carrabbas and Outback, quickly joined the list of upscale dining establishments in the Central Florida area. The simple yet elegant atmosphere with dark woods, high ceilings and warm lighting produces a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere for diners.
The restaurants are known for exceptional dining and a superb wine list. Each year, the company presents an award-winning Fleming's 100, a hand selected list of premium wines that are to be served in the restaurant for the next year. Each year, the chain's Director of Wine, along with each restaurant’s local wine manager selects Fleming’s 100.The core collection is available at all Fleming's restaurants across the country and consists of 70 wines. The remaining 30 selections are specific for each individual restaurant. These are chosen based upon regional consumer preference and demand. An additional selection of wines are added to the Reserve List and are available by the bottle only. In the Fall, the wines are unveiled during weekly wine tasting events.
The Fleming's 100 wines featured on the first four pages of the menu may seem overwhelming. Fleming's overcomes this obstacle by using a progressive format for arranging the list in order by the wine's intensity, from the lighter and sweeter to the drier, more intense selections. If the abundant choices are still intimidating, Fleming's educated waiters are available to make recommendations based on the entree ordered and the diner's preferences.
The restaurants offer wonderful specials throughout the year; Wine tasting dinners, Prix fixe menus, Seasonal specials, Prime Rib Dinners. Fleming's has come to be a popular stop for a great happy hour with the "5 For $6 'Till 7" bar menu that features 5 tempting appetizers, 5 premium cocktails and 5 distinctive wines by the glass - each priced at $6 and served nightly until 7 pm. The recently added Bar la Carte menu offers a great selection of smaller plate items - more substantial than an appetizer and not as much as an entree - just perfect for a lighter meal and most are great for sharing. Both restaurants have private dining rooms that can be reserved for special occasions, parties or business functions. Private rooms are equipped with T1 Internet lines and Cisco TelePresence Video Conferencing system.

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, first opened in 1998 in Newport Beach, California serves an array of chops, seafood and chicken dishes, but hand-cut prime steaks are the main event, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. A creative selection of appetizers and sides are available along with delectable desserts.
Like most of Winter Park's popular spots, parking is limited, but Fleming's offers free valet parking. Parking is more abundant at the Sand Lake Road location and valet parking is also available. Reservations for the dining room are recommended.
