Ruth's Chris has always proved to be an excellent restaurant for celebrating a special occasion. This year, we visited Ruth's Chris at it's new location in Winter Park Shopping Village on 17-92, just south of Lee Road. The new building does not contain the multi-levels, private booths, or window views of the prior location at the IDC Building in Altamonte Springs, thus providing a more casual dining experience. They also must have changed their dress code, or were not enforcing it the night of my visit, because the 6 guests at the table beside us were dressed in shorts and casual shirts. The food alone would have rated 5 stars, but because of the relaxed atmosphere, my overall rating will drop down to 4 stars.
