Sanaa at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

A wonderful dining option at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. The menu offers a fusion of flavors from Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands (Zanzibar, Seychelles, Madagascar) that for centuries were the crossroads for traders from France, Portugal, China, England and India. The diverse flavors of spices traded on these islands are featured in the many dining selections at Sanaa.
