Vinito Ristorante at Prime Outlets, Orlando serves up a menu of authentic Italian dishes created by concept chef Raffaelle Marsilio, a native of Somma Vesuviana, Italy.

Prime Outlets is the largest outlet shopping center in the Southeast, and Vinito Tuscan Tavern gives visitors an ideal spot to wind down and savor a true taste of Italy.

Located in the shopping center’s Tuscan-style brick central tower, the interior features natural woods, an earth-tone palette and an open kitchen. Vinito also features outdoor dining and a bar offering an array of wine and spirits.

MENU:

For lunch and dinner, Vinito’s menu is classic Italian, with items including meat, fish, poultry, salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza and a variety of appetizers.

Signature items include spaghetti Geraldina with tomato-basil sauce, rigatoni alla vodka and chicken Alfredo. Among starters: Calamari, bruschetta, lightly fried cheese ravioli and a tomato-mozzarella flatbread. Entrée prices range from $13-$24. Soups, sandwiches, salads and pizzas range from $5-$11.

WINE LIST:

Vinito Tuscan Tavern features wines from Gruppo Mezzacorona from Italy’s Trento region, with many by the glass. Spirits include more than a dozen signature cocktails and domestic and imported beers.

EMPLOYMENT:

More than 125 employees have been hired for the 400-seat restaurant, a project of Orlando-based Intram Investments.

HOURS:

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday- Saturday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on Sunday.
