, Orlando serves up a menu of authentic Italian dishes created by concept chef Raffaelle Marsilio, a native of Somma Vesuviana, Italy.
Prime Outlets is the largest outlet shopping center in the Southeast, and Vinito Tuscan Tavern gives visitors an ideal spot to wind down and savor a true taste of Italy.
Located in the shopping center’s Tuscan-style brick central tower, the interior features natural woods, an earth-tone palette and an open kitchen. Vinito also features outdoor dining and a bar offering an array of wine and spirits.
For lunch and dinner, Vinito’s menu is classic Italian, with items including meat, fish, poultry, salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza and a variety of appetizers.
Signature items include spaghetti Geraldina with tomato-basil sauce, rigatoni alla vodka and chicken Alfredo. Among starters: Calamari, bruschetta, lightly fried cheese ravioli and a tomato-mozzarella flatbread. Entrée prices range from $13-$24. Soups, sandwiches, salads and pizzas range from $5-$11.
Vinito Tuscan Tavern features wines from Gruppo Mezzacorona from Italy’s Trento region, with many by the glass. Spirits include more than a dozen signature cocktails and domestic and imported beers.
More than 125 employees have been hired for the 400-seat restaurant, a project of Orlando-based Intram Investments.
