Splitsville has 30 high-tech bowling lanes and more than 50,000 square feet of entertainment space – featuring billiards, live entertainment, a balcony bar with sweeping views and upscale dining options.
The Splitsville concept is anchored by bowling, the largest participation sport in America, with a modern take. Luxury lanes, dramatic architecture and full-service dining. Entertainment and upscale food are what sets Splitsville apart from the traditional bowling alley.
Not your traditional hot dog and nachos with cheese - the Splitsville menu is distinctly different than your typical bowling alley fare. Guided by award-winning chef Tim Cushman, the menu features a variety of higher-end offerings such as grilled Mahi Mahi with “Voodoo” shrimp, filet sliders and grilled chicken parmesan, plus a kids menu, in addition to traditional bowling alley food items. There are even two sushi bars (one on each level) where guests can get fresh-rolled sushi.
To go with Splitsville’s appetizing cuisine is a wide selection of beverages. There are five bars throughout Splitsville, including two on the patios upstairs and downstairs, offering everything from old-fashioned slushies to an 18-ounce frozen schooner of draft beer. Signature cocktails include rum runners and piña coladas, snickertinis and key lime martinis. A wine list offers more than 25 labels, mostly Californian. And the new “freestyle” Coca-Cola machine, which is available with the purchase of a special commemorative cup, is a hit with all ages, with more than 100 flavor combinations.
Don't want to bowl? No problem, Splitsville has plenty of other entertainment including live music seven nights a week and more than 60 flat screen TVs. Dining areas also include outdoor patio dining on both floors.
With several locations in the United States, the Downtown Disney venu is the brand's only two level location.
