Educational Summer Camps

Nonprofit literacy arts program called Page 15 in Downtown Orlando offers free after-school tutoring and creative writing workshops for kids in Central Florida grades 2 - 9. The nonprofit arm of the Urban Think! Bookstore (downtown’s only independent bookstore) and programs are free of charge to the kids and schools who need it most.

Go back in time to 1884 when William H. Waterhouse designed and built his historic house and carpentry shop along the shores of Lake Lily. The Historical Society Museums offer educational classes, party facilities and volunteer opportunities in addition to the historic home and museum.

The Orlando area's most popular zoo, The Central Florida Zoo located in Sanford Florida lets visitors come face to face with intriguing animals from around the globe. The zoo also offers birthday parties, educational programs, summer camps and annual memberships.

Adventures in History Programs give children ages 5 to 11 unique opportunities to explore their creativity, expand their imaginations and enhance their knowledge of the world around them.
