Question: What is the Legal Drinking Age in Florida?

Live in the State of Florida or just coming for a visit? It is important to know what the Legal drinking age is in Florida.

Answer: No one under the age of 21 is allowed to purchase, consume or possess alcoholic beverages in the State of Florida. Interestingly, however, you can taste (not consume) an alcoholic beverage if it is required for a class in a postsecondary educational institution (college)... but only if you are at least 18 years of age.
