Pam Brandon, based in Winter Park, is a published author and 30-year veteran of news and feature reporting. She is the author of The Unofficial Guide to Florida and The Unofficial Guide to Florida With Kids, both published by Wiley Publishing Inc., and is co-author of Culinary Confessions of the PTA Divas published by Menasha Ridge Press.

Pam has been most gracious in sharing some of the delectable, easy-to-follow recipes from the entertaining Culinary Confessions of the PTA Divas cookbook that she co-wrote with fellow diva, Ann-Marie Hodges.

Perhaps you've already tried out some of the time-saving, mouth-watering recipes from the Divas that have appeared in the Food Section of the Orlando Sentinel.

Pam has also written several books for Disney Publishing, including One Day at Disney, Marking the Millennium, Cooking With Mickey, Cooking With Mickey and the Disney Chefs, and Delicious Disney. Her travel and feature stories have appeared both on-line and in numerous local and national publications.
