October 13 - November 15, 2009: This retrospective exhibition of more than 35 photographs represents the most potent images of photographer Douglas Nesbitt. He captures the human condition and the world around us in this thought-provoking one-man-show featuring works chosen by the artist. During the exhibitions run, there will be a panel discussion and a photography workshop.
- Storytime at the Zoo
October & November, 2009: From 10:00 - 10:30 each Wednesday enjoy stories about animals with a special zoo animal visit. Designed for pre-school age children.
- Andy Warhol Personalities
June 5, 2009 January 3, 2010. The exhibit will feature Polaroid photographs taken by Andy Warhol during the 1980s Pop Art Movement. Every Wednesday from June 10 July 8 from 7 10 p.m., the museum will have Warhol Wednesdays, which gives guests the chance to experience what it was like at Warhols legendary factory gatherings. Admission is $10 on these nights.
- Leu Holiday House
November 27, 2008 through January 1, 2009: The house is open each day from 10:00 - 10:30. The historic house is decorated with festive trees, ribbons and bows. Dioramas from Ron's Miniature Shop and Museum along with beautiful ornaments that garnish every room. Admission to the house is included with garden admission.

November through April, free admission into the museum on Friday evenings from 4:00 - 8:00pm. Through January 25, 2009: Louis Comfort Tiffany's lifelong "quest for beauty" is reflected in his work across various media.
- Festival of Trees
Annual event starts November 15 and runs for nine days ending on November 23, 2008. Check the schedule of events for special programs and activities. - Of Cloth & Culture: African Textiles
Through December 2009: Exhibit features textiles from various regions of the African continent, including Kente cloth from West Africa, beaded aprons fron the Kirdi of Cameroon, and beaded animal skins of the San people of South Africa.
