Sideways Stories from the Wayside School
September 8, 2011 - October 9, 2011
Back by popular demand! At this school, strange encounters and skewed adventures are on the lesson plan. Instead of building the school with 30 classrooms side by side, it was accidentally constructed with 30 classrooms stacked on top of each other, including a mysterious 19th floor. From people turning into apples to talking pigtails, the students of the 30th floor classroom never know what to expect.

A Wrinkle In Time
October 6 - November 6, 2011
On a dark and stormy night…so begins the fantasy adventure sending three children across space and time. Along the way, they must rely on their individual and collective strengths to accomplish the goal of rescuing their father. This highly theatrical adaptation of the 1963 Newberry Medal winner celebrates the art of storytelling and the power of imagination.

A Nutty Nutcracker Christmas
November 10 - December 18, 2011
The traditional Nutcracker tale gets turned on its head in this fun, fresh holiday spectacular for the entire family. Rockin’ songs, written by popular family music artist Ralph Covert of Ralph’s World, set the tone as Fritz, a video game obsessed boy, and a heroic Nutcracker (who turns out to be a girl!) chase down the dastardly Mouse King to save Christmas!

Locomotion

Lonnie Collins Motion has so much kinetic energy that his nickname, Locomotion, is perfect. Lonnie has seen a lot of sadness in his young life. When he discovers a passion for writing poetry, he finds a way to express feelings about the accident that took his parents away, his foster care family, his little sister, his school life, and his unique way of looking at the world.

PINKALICIOUS: The Musical
January 19 - February 19, 2012
Pinkalicious loves pink so much; she wants everything in her life to be pink. After over-indulging in pink cupcakes, she awakes the next morning- pink! Afflicted with pinkititis, she must eat green and healthy foods to return to normal, but can she
resist all those pink desserts and candies?!

Lyle the Crocodile
February 13, 2012 - March 25, 2012
The Primms move into their New York City apartment and are surprised to find a crocodile in the bathtub! Lyle, however, is no ordinary crocodile--his impeccable manners, dancing, and winning ways make him a wonderful addition to the family. Lyle’s neighbor, Mr. Grumps, would rather see him shipped off to the zoo, but Lyle just may make him have a change of heart.

The Boxcar Children

Generations of young readers have cherished the spirited Depression-era adventures of the Alden children. Orphaned and in danger of being sent to different foster homes, the four siblings run away and make their home in an abandoned railroad boxcar. Pursued by authorities and a mysterious stranger, the children discover the rewards and perils of life on the run, as well as the joy of keeping their family together.
