ENCORE PERFORMANCES! Veronica's Room returns to the UCF Stage! A young couple out on a date are asked to do a favor for an elderly couple. This mystery-thriller by Ira Levin, famous for Deathtrap and Rosemary's Baby, keeps us wondering... might there be more than meets the eye?

Feisty young folks from the Bronx, filled with sexuality and humor, wanting to connect with someone in a meaningful way! John Patrick Shanley (Moonstruck, Doubt) weaves a story of people at a crossroads in their lives.

NICE PEOPLE DANCING TO GOOD COUNTRY MUSIC

It's not just about country music! That's just the name of the bar that Jim owns! A funny, wacky, real-life play be award-winning playwright Lee Blessing with snippets of "good country music" from the hall-of-fame juke-box.

THE PAJAMA GAME
Main Stage - OCTOBER 20-23, 27-30

The dangers of a workplace romance are explored to hysterical effect in this romantic comedy from the creators of Damn Yankees. Sparks fly, setting off not only conflict between labor and management, but a battle of the sexes too!

LOCOMOTION
News Journal Center, Daytona - November 3-5 (other dates TBD)

Commissioned by the Kennedy Center and the Orlando Repertory Theatre, this play includes orphans, foster homes and sickle cell anemia. Yet there is joy and humor in the eccentric, witty characters. Chronicling the writing of poetry, the play sounds a hopeful note. Recommended for viewers age 9 and up. FREE TO ALL COMPLETE AND FULL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS.

GEM OF THE OCEAN

“What good is freedom if you can’t do nothing with it?” is the soul-searching question asked in August Wilson’s influential and inspirational first installment of his famous Pittsburgh Cycle, which chronicles the African American experience in the twentieth century.

THE LAST NIGHT OF BALLYHOO

In Atlanta, in 1939, Gone with the Wind may be having its world premiere, but Atlanta's elitist German Jews are more concerned with the social event of the season. Alfred Uhry (Driving Miss Daisy) won the 1997 Tony Award for this powerful play.

BURY THE DEAD
Black Box - February 16-19, 23-26

It is the time of "the second year of the war that is to begin tomorrow night." A modern classic, this anti-war play gives eloquent voices to our dead military warriors, enabling them to speak with their loved ones of the days of living, now lost forever.

RAGTIME
March 22-25, 29-31, April 1

(A Joint Production with Music) This musical weaves together stories from early 1900's America: a WASP family, a Harlem musician, a Jewish immigrant. Historical figures such as Harry Houdini, Booker T. Washington, and Emma Goldman also appear in this saga based on the novel by E. L. Doctorow.
