Le Rouge Wine Bar and Tapas restaurant will bring the heart of the European
lifestyle to Southwest Orlando's well-known Restaurant Row with their new venue.
AMBIANCE:
Reminiscent of traditional wine bars and tapas restaurants overseas, Le Rouge
will be an intimate environment designed with a contemporary style that reflects
some of the things most familiar with Europe such as decorative wooden millwork,
a communal table to gather around, plush couches, ethnic décor elements and
euro-lounge music. Le Rouge will also feature a glass-enclosed, distinctive wine room that will allow four to six people to dine among the world’s wines on a first come, first serve or
reservation basis for a truly immersive experience.
MENU:
The menu will feature selections such as charcuterie and cheese platters served
with grilled rosemary ciabatta, honey and olives as well as traditional tapas
dishes such as: Seafood Ceviche made with citrus, pineapple, jalapeño, lime and
cilantro. Spicy Merguez Sausage served with grilled green onions and
fingerling potatoes. Traditional Grilled Asparagus served with romesco
sauce. Firecracker Shrimp served with a spicy kung pao sauce, peanuts, and
cilantro or of
course the traditional European mussels and frites plus a selection of
sandwiches, flatbreads and soup and salads.
A selection of unique tapas, sandwiches, soups and flatbreads that would fuse
together some of the wonderful flavors you find in the traditional tapas
restaurants throughout Europe. On the lighter side, flavorful soups such
as the chilled almond and garlic soup served with crabmeat and grapes or a
colorful beet salad served with citrus, goat cheese, watercress and pistachios
will be featured.
Le Rouge flatbreads and sandwiches have been crafted with exceptional
ingredients combined in a fresh and delectable way often associated with
European food such as a truffled lobster with asparagus and gruyere cheese
flatbread, a crabmeat with spinach and ricotta cheese flatbread, a shrimp with
halloumi cheese flatbread or a heartier steak with white bean puree, caramelized
onions, and blue cheese flatbread.
Dishes will range from $5-20
