Since it's inception in Chicago in 1978, Morton's The Steakhouse has grown to include more than 75 restaurants around the world. The original vision of Morton's management....Quality, Consistency, Genuine Hospitality...has been the driving force behind the growth of this multi-award winning upscale steakhouse. Orlando Magazine and Orlando Business Journal have consistently included Morton's in their top restaurant listings.
AMBIANCE:
With its dark wood details, crisp linens and sparkling glassware, Morton's has the look and feel of a posh dinner club. Whether you are out for a night on the town or celebrating a special occasion, the enjoyment of the well prepared meal will be enhanced by the gracious hospitality and professional discreet service of the Morton's staff.
PRESENTATION:
Morton's, famous for its animated signature tableside menu presentation of steaks, whole (and live) Maine lobsters, along with fresh vegetables, are presented on a cart rolled directly to your table. A knowledgeable server displays and describes each menu item in appetizing and entertaining detail.
MENU:
Since the word steakhouse is in the name, it's obvious that the focus at Morton's is on the fine aged USDA Prime beef that is served. Filet Mignon, Porterhouse, NY Strip and Chicago Style Bone-in Ribeye steaks are served daily. Prime Rib is available Friday and Saturday only. Diners looking for something lighter may opt for one of the fresh succulent seafood offerings like whole Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab legs or shrimp Alexander. Side dishes are offered a la carte. For those with hearty appetites, who still have room for dessert, Morton's is noted for its Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake and Key Lime Pie.
HAPPY HOUR:
One of the best in Orlando, Morton's offers 2 daily. First from opening
till 6:30pm then again from 9:00 till closing. Great drink prices and
outstanding appetizers. Select Beverages priced from $5, outstanding
appetizer selection, 'Bar Bites,' at $6 or $7. More on
Orlando's Best Happy Hours.
PRIVATE DINING:
Morton's in Orlando has a versatile selection of options available for parties, business functions or special occasions. Rooms can be partitioned off for smaller groups of up to 32 or opened to accommodate up to 150. Many of the rooms are also wired for AV presentations. There is no additional charge for the private rooms.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Morton's recommends business attire or smart casual wear. Though many wear business suits, a collared shirt and dress pants are appropriate for men. Women would feel most comfortable in business wear or dressy casual attire. Even though the restaurant is located in a tourist area, diners wearing T-shirts, shorts and casual sandals would feel out of place.
