The four price points are for different menus - some lunch and some dinner. You have the opportunity to try out a restaurant for different priced menu offerings. For example Tastings, A Wine Experience is offering a prix fixe lunch menu for $10 that includes a starter, main entree and a choice of sides. For dinner the price increases to $15 and includes a starter, main entree and dessert.
If you are like me and generally don’t include an appetizer and dessert with your entrée, the price of $25 or $35 might seem a little high. Though it will be interesting to see what is included on the menus for Ruth's Chris Steak House and The Capital Grille at $35. One of my favorites from the list in the $25 range would be Shula's 347 in Lake Mary and K Restaurant at a new location in College Park.
