There is much talk about if and when the Central Florida Real Estate Market will rebound. The end of the year figures are available and are showing one of the first drops in inventory for all of 2007. This small reduction in inventory is partly due to fewer new listings and a large number of expired listings that did not go back on the market. Average days on the market continues to climb with the highest figures for the year at 116 days. Interest rates dropped a tad, but it seems that buyers are still hesitant to purchase. Rumors in the industry are that this buyer's market is in full force and anyone that is purchasing is looking for the bottom dollar, best deal available.
