Home buying is at it's lowest for the past 12 months while inventory continues to climb. Interest rates are once again up over the 6% mark. This is a very competitive market where we will see home prices drop in order to make the sale. With higher interest rates and an uncertain market, investors are holding off to see what will happen next.
