At this point the Orlando area is considered to be one of the worst Real Estate markets in the nation. Mortgage fraud is higher in Florida than in any other state. Foreclosures are at an all time high. The graphs show that inventory levels, though extremely high have remained somewhat consistent for the past year - perhaps suggesting that sellers are waiting to see if the market will improve. New contracts and those under contract have increased from a year ago showing that sales are picking up - but very slowly. It is still a buyer's market for Orlando Real Estate.
