Review:
If you go to Halloween Horror Nights, be sure to purchase the ridiculously overpriced express pass. My group and I waited over an hour and a half in line for the Psycho house, only to be told half way through the line that the house was being shut down due to technical difficulties. We stayed put in line and within minutes they had fixed the problem. We waited yet another 30 minutes, only to be separated from our group by a rude teenage employee who evidently got a power kick from it.Half of our group was let in to see the house and half was forced to continue standing in line. After we had vocally demonstrated our frustration, a manager or somebody higher than the teenager, allowed us to continue to the haunted house with the rest of our group. Not only did they attempt to separate us, there was no apology and about 20 express pass holders were let in to every 5 regular pass holder, which was completely unfair.
Granted, the costumes were great and the two houses I had the pleasure of seeing were well done, but something has to be done about the rude staff members and the excruciatingly long lines -- i thought I saw the beach I was in line for so long.
