"Makahiki Luau" at SeaWorld's Seafire Inn

By , About.com Guide

As the sun sets over the Waterfront harbor, SeaWorld’s Seafire Inn turns Polynesian as it hosts the new “Makahiki Luau,” a bountiful, nightly celebration featuring the ancient customs, rhythmic music and dance, authentic costumes and cuisine of the Pacific Islands.

From the moment the tribe lands ashore in their ceremonial boat, the excitement is non-stop in this festive, fiery show that celebrates man’s co-existence with the earth and sea. Dancers in colorful, traditional garb perform the native dances of the Pacific Islands and immerse guests in ancient folklore and rhythms.

The luau is performed nightly at the Seafire Inn. Park admission is not required and is separate from the price of the luau. Call for prices and reservations, 1-800-327-2424.
