The Kitchen at the Hard Rock Hotel Orlando serves up an eclectic array of cuisine, serving up some meals hand-picked by your favorite rock stars. From Sammy Hagar’s seared sea scallops to Dee Snyder’s braised short ribs, The Kitchen offers something for every appetite. Guests at the restaurant can see into its open-air kitchen and might even catch a celebrity cooking up a meal along side the chefs. On select nights, character dining is available, where children can dine with some of their favorite cartoon characters from Universal Orlando’s theme parks.
